  • Account Information: Name, email address, and — for child profiles — the child's first name and age. We do not require a child's surname.
  • Usage Data: Task completion records, points earned, screen time usage, and app interaction data to provide the service.
  • Device Information: Device token for push notifications, device type, and operating system version.
  • Photos: Photos uploaded by children as task completion evidence. These are stored securely and visible only to the child's parent account.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

We take children's privacy extremely seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

  • We collect children's data only with verifiable parental consent — parent accounts must be created first.
  • Parents can view, edit, or delete their child's data at any time through the app settings.
  • We do not sell children's personal data to any third party.
  • Children under 13 cannot create their own accounts — accounts must be created by a parent.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers located in the ap-south-1 (Asia Pacific — Mumbai) region. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS (TLS 1.2+) and encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following trusted service providers who are contractually obligated to protect it:

  • AWS — Cloud hosting and data storage
  • Firebase (Google) — Push notifications

7. Parental Rights

As a parent or guardian, you have the right to:

  • Access all data associated with your child's profile
  • Edit or correct your child's information
  • Delete your child's account and all associated data
  • Withdraw consent for data collection at any time

8. Data Retention

  • Account data is retained until you delete your account.
  • Photos submitted as task evidence are retained for 90 days after task approval, then automatically deleted.
  • Usage logs are retained for up to 12 months for service improvement purposes.
